Domestic Abuse Services
One Stop Shops
Are a drop-in service for residents of the borough who are experiencing domestic abuse and would like to see an Independent Domestic Abuse Advisor (IDVA) for advice in person. Those impacted by domestic abuse can also seek legal and housing advice via this drop-in service. No appointment needed.
Location 1
- St. Mark’s, Battersea Rise, SW11 1EJ. Opening times: every Monday between 10:00 to 12:00 (excluding bank holidays).
Location 2
- Citizen’s Advice Wandsworth, Picasso Building, Minstead Gardens, Roehampton, SW15 4EE. Opening times: every Wednesday between 10:00 to 12:30.
S.T.O.R.M Family Centre
Provide art therapy, dance therapy and family psychotherapy services to those impacted by domestic abuse. STORM signpost to local support services where necessary and offer wider services including counselling, English for Speakers of Other Languages (ESOL) classes and other accredited courses, foodbank services, provision of hot meals and befriending groups.

Refuge
Provides an Enhanced Support Service (ESS) to victim/survivors of domestic abuse with significant substance misuse issues, mental health issues and / or insecure housing / homelessness. Victim/survivors accessing this service will be allocated an IDVA and provided with support with a range of issues related to the abuse. Refuge also provide support to victim/survivors of financial and economical abuse.
